Qualifications

• Has 7+ years building production software.
• Strong backend engineering and data systems experience.
• Built cloud-native systems in AWS.
• Thrives shipping products, not just infrastructure.
• Comfort across the full stack when needed.
• Experience with healthcare systems or regulated environments.
• Thrives in ambiguity and builds from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing product features end-to-end.
• Own architecture across backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build event-driven systems and scalable data pipelines.
• Develop AI-powered workflows leveraging modern LLM technologies.
• Design reliable, secure systems handling sensitive healthcare data.
• Collaborate with founders on product strategy and technical direction.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and workflows.
• Help recruit and shape the future engineering team.
