Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against standards of safety, fairness, and ethical integrity. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the opportunity to influence how AI systems behave.

No prior AI or policy experience required, just critical thinking, clear writing, and a passion for getting things right. You will review content for bias and safety, provide feedback on policy issues, and work

Qualifications

• Must be a clear, precise written communicator.
• Strong critical thinker with ability to evaluate nuanced content objectively.
• Genuine interest in ethics, policy, fairness, or social responsibility.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in evaluations.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content for bias, safety risks, and ethical alignment.
• Classify outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria.
• Flag content that is harmful, misleading, or policy-violating.
• Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues.
