Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers (Poznań) to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to enhance AI coding assistants. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week.

You will work across languages, review code for correctness and efficiency, and help train AI systems to think like developers. Strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback explaining why code works or does not.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
