SoftSnow AI seeks a thoughtful AI Ethicist to shape how AI is deployed across client environments. As part of our Responsible AI practice, the AI Ethics Officer ensures fairness, transparency, accountability, and human oversight.

You’ll work with AI Analysts, Trainers, and Trust Authenticators to assess ethical impact, build governance frameworks, and monitor ongoing compliance with ethical standards. This role suits candidates with ethics, law, or social science backgrounds who want to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Public Policy, Law, AI Governance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, legal, or risk roles in tech/AI.
• Strong understanding of fairness, bias, explainability, and human-in-the-loop concepts.
• Experience with governance boards, audits, or policy development.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI ethics guidelines tailored to client industries.
• Assess ethical risks with stakeholders and integrate safeguards into design and deployment.
• Develop AI ethics assessments for models and use cases.
• Collaborate with Trust Authenticators on explainability and transparency.
• Stay informed on AI regulation and human rights standards.
• Lead internal and client-facing Responsible AI training sessions.
