Job summary

EY Poland is expanding its AI-focused Technology Consulting team, delivering enterprise-grade AI applications across industries such as banking, insurance and manufacturing. You will work with AI architects, scientists and engineers on Generative AI, RAG and intelligent automation initiatives.

You will design, build and deploy AI solutions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stay ahead in the evolving AI landscape with access to top tools and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Very good English language skills in verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience developing software solutions in Python.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Hands-on experience building applications using modern AI frameworks.
• Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Understanding of AI Agent architectures, tool integration patterns and interoperability standards such as MCP.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and external services.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, testing and version control.
• Experience working with Docker and cloud environments.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered applications based on LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), document-processing and enterprise knowledge-retrieval solutions using structured and unstructured data, vector databases and hybrid search.
• Develop AI Agents capable of interacting with business systems, APIs and knowledge repositories.
• Integrate AI solutions with client systems and enterprise platforms.
• Implement agent memory, context management and orchestration mechanisms.
• Evaluate and improve the quality, reliability and performance of AI solutions.
• Support the deployment and productionization of AI applications in collaboration with Systems Engineers.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives and rapid prototyping activities.
• Collaborate, support and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay current with the fast-evolving AI ecosystem, frameworks and development practices.
