Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking an AI Engineer (GenAI & Modernization) for a remote Poland-based role. You will design and develop GenAI solutions to accelerate application modernization and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software/AI, 5+ years in AI/GenAI, and experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications; you will work on LLM architectures, RAG, and governance, collaborating with architects and developers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML, or related technology domains.
• 5+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications from concept through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI solutions to automate complex business and technical workflows.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to design and develop next-generation Generative AI solutions that accelerate application modernization and software transformation initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise in LLMs and AI architectures with hands-on development of intelligent automation frameworks for enterprise-scale environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience building AI-powered solutions leveraging modern GenAI technologies, cloud-based AI services, and software modernization accelerators.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of total professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML, or related technology domains.


• 5+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
