Job summary

Claranet limited in Poland is seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our Talent team and lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives.

You will design RAG pipelines, manage LLM orchestration, evaluate models, and ensure responsible AI governance across pharma tech and supply chain domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or AI engineering.
• Proven experience building GenAI/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
• Experience deploying models via cloud APIs or self-hosted runtimes.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Industry experience in pharma tech or supply chain automation.

• I ndustry experience in one or more of the following domains: Pharmaceutical technology and solutions, Supply chain automation and logistics, Technology solutions for material processing (including paper, tissue, and tobacco), Intelligent manufacturing & supply chain solutions.

• Experience with AI gateways and model routing (e.g., LiteLLM, Bearer).
  
• Knowledge of LLM observability, tracing, and evaluation tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize Phoenix).
  
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerized environments.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
