DXC Technology is hiring an AI Engineer for a hybrid role with offices in Warsaw, Cracow, Gdansk, or Wroclaw. You will contribute to building an agentic AI toolkit, focusing on GenAI and data analytics for enterprise environments.

The role demands strong Python, hands-on AI tooling (LLMs, embeddings), and cloud experience. You will work in cross-functional teams, ensuring scalable, compliant AI systems across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills with hands-on AI development experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
• Cloud platforms experience (Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with agent/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Anthropic SDK).
• Git-based workflow, code review discipline, and tested code writing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agents from system prompts through tool integration.
• Develop, test, and deploy GenAI and data analytics tools for enterprise use.
