Job summary

DXC Technology Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI Engineer to join a hybrid team in Poland, with work from Warsaw, Cracow, Gdansk or Wroclaw. You will design, develop, and deploy GenAI and data analytics tools used in real enterprise environments.

The role requires strong Python skills, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally to build reliable, compliant AI systems and contribute to scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Cloud & Data Platforms – Azure or AWS.
• Working knowledge of an agent or LLM framework: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Anthropic SDK.
• Git-based workflow, code review discipline, ability to write tested code.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Join our team, a group of innovative engineers building an agentic AI toolkit for next-generation automation and analytics. As part of our core team, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting‑edge GenAI and Data Analytics tools, used in real enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
