Job summary

Harvey Nash Polska is seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineer to develop production-ready ML systems and AI applications within a high-performance engineering environment.

You will work on cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, and distributed data processing, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Warsaw.

Strong English communication is essential and a Master’s/PhD or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on software engineering skills in Python and/or Java.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and distributed data processing.
• Knowledge of Spark/Snowflake/Databricks.
• Experience with ML/AI apps; exposure to LLMs/Generative AI is advantageous.
• Master’s/PhD or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.

Contract: B2B until 31 March 2027, with potential for extension

Working Model: Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Requirements
