Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland seeks an experienced Applied AI Engineer to help develop and advance production-ready machine learning systems and AI applications within a high-performance engineering environment.

You will build and maintain production-grade code, collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, and work with cloud-native platforms and distributed data technologies in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on software engineering skills, particularly in Python and/or Java.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes and distributed data processing.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Apache Spark, Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with machine learning or AI applications; exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain or LangGraph is advantageous.
• A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
