Job summary
LanceSoft Europe in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Applied AI Engineer – Global Banking & Markets to help build production-grade GenAI systems and intelligent automation for global banking operations. You will work on scalable LLM applications, MCP servers, tool integrations, and end-to-end AI frameworks, delivering robust code in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Location: Warsaw, Poland | Type: 12 Months UOP Contract (Immediate to 1-month notice)

- Develop and deploy scalable LLM applications and autonomous agentic workflows.
- Build, deploy, and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool cartridges.
- Deliver clean, production-ready code and robust AI frameworks end-to-end.
- 5+ years in software engineering or applied AI/ML.
- Strong hands-on Python expertise (Java/C++ is a plus).
- Proven experience shipping production GenAI / LLM / Agentic workflows (not just PoCs).
- Practical experience deploying MCP servers and tool integrations.
- Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
