Software Mind Poland is seeking a Tech Lead / Software Architect to shape the technical direction of our web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with product, design and engineering to turn requirements into scalable, secure solutions and provide architectural ownership.

The role combines hands-on leadership with architectural vision across AWS serverless, React/Next.js and Node.js, driving innovation, code quality and timely delivery for international clients in a flexible, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Experience designing cloud-native architectures and leading technical decisions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS).
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js; production React/Next.js experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design decisions and own system architecture across backend, frontend, mobile and cloud.
• Mentor engineers, review code and ensure security, scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with goals.
• Drive AI, low-code/no-code initiatives to accelerate delivery.
