Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience shipping fullstack applications.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular.
• Hands-on cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Practical AI experience and integration capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers within Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of fullstack apps.
• Mentor and coach cross-functional teams on code quality, testing, DevOps, and AI integration.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and business to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML services to optimize workflows and user experiences.
