Job summary

Project44 is seeking a Managed Service Consultant to partner with business leaders, customers and carriers, ensuring world-class delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will drive value through data analysis, operational excellence and proactive project management, translating insights into long-term solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex accounts/escarped portfolios across regions and products, leveraging AI-driven insights in daily work.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in SaaS, software or logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of source data, data formats and data behavior.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Kibana or Observe.
• Experience with APIs or basic coding concepts is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English and French OR Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery timelines, milestones and end-to-end project plans with customers.
• Lead carrier initiatives from planning through adoption with data-driven insights.
• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to improve data quality and availability.
• Coordinate with carriers to drive data improvements and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and publish regular progress reports showing business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Carrier Operations and Engineering to drive value.
