crackerJCK is seeking an SEO & GEO Specialist to own organic growth from strategy to execution, focusing on Webflow-powered sites and AI-enabled visibility. This remote contractor role reports to the Founder and focuses on generating real leads through content, technical SEO, and credible digital PR.

You'll build and execute an SEO & GEO plan, optimize blog posts, track performance, and ensure attribution of every lead to organic search.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Familiar with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush.
• Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO and schema markup.
• Experience with AI search visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity.
• Hands-on with Webflow CMS without a developer.

SEO & GEO Specialist Remote - Ongoing independent contractor - Reports to the Founder

Search is changing fast. People still Google things, but more and more of them now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overviews instead. The brands that get named in those answers are the ones doing SEO and GEO well, together. crackerJCK is a performance marketing agency. We run paid search, paid social, and creative strategy for eCommerce and DTC brands. We're great at growing our clients. Now we want to grow ourselves through organic search. We're looking for an SEO & GEO Specialist to help crackerJCK show up when brand founders and marketing leaders search for an agency like ours, on Google and in AI answers. You'll own our organic growth from strategy to execution, and your work will be measured in real leads. This is a hands-on role with a lot of room to shape how we do it. Our founder will write most of the blog content at first, so the posts carry real expertise. Your job is to make that content rank, get cited, and bring in leads. We use AI every day, and we expect you do too.

What You'll Do

• Build and run our SEO and GEO strategy for the crackerJCK website (Webflow)
• Find the keywords, questions, and AI prompts our ideal clients are searching, and turn them into content plans and briefs
• Optimize blog posts and pages: structure, metadata, schema, internal links, and formatting that AI tools can easily read and cite
• Earn high‑quality backlinks, brand mentions, and listings on trusted sites through ethical outreach and digital PR
• Fix technical SEO issues in Webflow: indexing, redirects, site speed, and CMS setup
• Track how often crackerJCK appears in Google results and AI answers, and report what's working
• Make sure every lead from organic and AI search is tracked back to its source
• Help define a monthly scope with us, then own it

What We're Looking For

• Strong SEO foundations: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with results you can show
• Comfortable with Google Search Console, GA4, and tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
• You understand technical SEO, on-page SEO, and schema markup
• Real experience with AI search: You've worked on visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini
• You understand how AI tools find, summarize, and cite content
• Bonus: you've used an AI visibility tracker like Peec, Otterly, Profound, or Scrunch Authority building:
• You've built quality backlinks without spammy shortcuts
• You know the difference between a link that helps and one that hurts
• Hands‑on with Webflow: You can work in Webflow CMS without needing a developer
• If you've used a similar CMS and can learn quickly, we'd still like to hear from you

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2B, agency, or lead generation SEO
• Strong writing or editing skills (blog writing is open to discussion, not a must)
• Experience setting up lead tracking with UTMs or form fields

Goals and Bonuses

We'll agree on clear goals together: visibility goals at 90 days, and lead goals at 120 days. For every new client that comes from your work, you'll earn 10% to 20% of that client's first‑month fee. When we grow, you grow.
