Job summary

ELEKS is seeking a Senior QA Lead to shape the AI-Native delivery pod’s quality strategy from the ground up. You will define gates, criteria, and validation approaches for AI-assisted outputs, while mentoring the pod and collaborating with clients during pre-sales and PoCs.

You will lead QA efforts across web, backend, API, and integration layers, establish scalable automation frameworks, and drive testing excellence in Agile, cross-functional teams at ELEKS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• Experience as a Senior Test/QA Lead.
• Strong QA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience defining quality strategies, testing processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience scaling QA in greenfield or fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape the pod’s quality strategy and standards from the ground up.
• Set gates and criteria for AI-assisted outputs and test PoCs/client work.
• Advise on risks, trade-offs, and validation approaches with Tech Lead/Architect.
• Help the pod define a shared notion of 'done' and quality standards.
• Advise clients on quality strategy during pre-sales and PoCs.
