Job summary

ELEKS Quality Assurance Office in Krakow, Poland, seeks a Senior General Test Lead for the AI-Native Delivery Pod. You will shape the pod's quality strategy, define quality gates, and set acceptance criteria for AI-assisted outputs and PoCs.

Collaborating with architects, developers, and product stakeholders, you will drive scalable test automation across web, backend, API, and integration layers, and integrate testing into CI/CD while remaining hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
• Proven experience in a Senior Test/QA Lead role.
• Experience defining quality strategies, testing processes, quality gates, testing standards, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience establishing and scaling QA practices in greenfield or rapidly evolving environments.
• Experience applying AI/LLM tools within software engineering and QA workflows.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD and modern software delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shaping the pod's quality strategy and standards from the ground up.
• Set quality gates and acceptance criteria for AI-assisted and AI-generated output, and execute testing on PoCs and client work when hands-on coverage is needed.
• Advise on risks, quality trade-offs, and validation approaches to the Tech Lead/Architect and Domain Expert/BA.
• Help the pod self-organize around a shared definition of done and quality standards.
• Advise clients on quality strategy during pre-sales conversations and PoCs to build confidence in the AI-Native delivery model.
• Participate in a structured training and ramp-up cycle (2 to 3 months).

ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Senior General Test Lead (AI-Native Delivery Pod) in Krakow, Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

AI-Native Delivery Pod is a new cross-functional team that builds software using AI-Native engineering practices as a core part of the delivery model. You will not only define processes and technical approaches but also actively contribute through architecture design, coding, prototyping, technical leadership, consulting, and pre-sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing
• Proven experience in a Senior Test/QA Lead role
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience defining quality strategies, testing processes, quality gates, testing standards, and acceptance criteria
• Experience establishing and scaling QA practices in greenfield or rapidly evolving environments
• Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools within software engineering and quality assurance workflows
• Ability to utilize AI-assisted tools for test design, test case generation, automation development, debugging, refactoring, and quality analysis
• Strong experience in test automation across web, backend, API, and integration layers
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks and solutions
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD and modern software delivery processes
• Good understanding of test architecture, test data management, mocking, stubbing, and overall test strategy
• Experience working within Agile and cross-functional product teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, business analysts, product stakeholders, and project managers
• Experience defining feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and validation approaches
• Strong understanding of risk-based testing and quality decision-making
• Ability to evaluate quality trade-offs and advise teams on appropriate validation strategies

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise clients directly on quality strategy during pre-sales conversations and PoCs, building confidence in the AI-Native delivery model
• Participate in a structured training and ramp-up cycle (2 to 3 months) alongside the rest of the pod
