ELEKS is a leading custom software development company providing QA, R&D, design, and technology consulting services worldwide. They seek an experienced QA Engineer in Poland to help ensure high-quality software delivery across industries.

The role involves implementing tests, reviewing requirements, mentoring peers, and contributing to QA processes in a dynamic, low-bureaucracy environment with opportunities to influence project technologies.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in manual testing.
Experience in web testing.
Interest or experience in working with AI.
Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

Implement and execute tests at all levels; log results and document deviations from expected results.
Use test administration, monitoring, and management tools.
Review, analyze and assess project requirements and specifications to convert them into quality control artefacts.
Review test artefacts developed by others.
Prepare and acquire test data.
Contribute to general project quality assurance process.
Define test processes and metrics for the project.
Define, prioritize and estimate needed Test Efforts.
Define defect and test-case handling process.
Define appropriate test-ware/environment for a project.
Teach and mentor other test engineers.
Measure performance of components and systems.
Automate testing whenever applicable (supported by test automation expert).
