Job summary

Shiji Group in Katowice is assembling a dedicated engineering team to create AI tooling, agent infrastructure, and integration layers that other teams rely on. You will contribute to a Python-based platform and work in a hybrid model depending on distance from the Katowice office.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of software development, strong Python, and a solid understanding of SOLID principles. Familiarity with AWS or Azure/GCP, and PoC to production environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python skills for infrastructure and services.
• Solid grasp of SOLID principles and clean software design.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve.
• Nice-to-have: IaC with AWS CDK, Bedrock AgentCore, RAG and knowledge base experience.
• Nice-to-have: Agent development with LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, Anthropic Agent SDK.

Responsibilities

• Build AI tooling, agent infrastructure, and integration layers used by other teams.
• Contribute to a new, dedicated engineering group focusing on AI-driven products.
• Work in a hybrid setup from Katowice and adapt to evolving PoC to production workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems.
