Jit seeks a hybrid Data Science/AI engineer in Warsaw to build an Underwriter OS blending React/Next.js frontend with Python/FastAPI backend and orchestrated AI agents. You will integrate with policy administration platforms and tarification engines to transform underwriting processes.

You’ll develop data extraction pipelines from broker documents, design prompt strategies for insurance guidelines, and deploy everything on Azure with containerized CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Data Science/AI with at least 1 year of production deployments.
