Job summary

Shiji Group in Poland is building a new AI-focused engineering team. You will create AI tooling, agent infrastructure, and integration layers that other teams rely on, in a dedicated squad.

The role requires at least 3 years of software development, strong Python skills, SOLID design principles, and experience with AWS or other cloud providers. You will operate in a fast-moving environment from PoC to production.

Qualifications

• >=3 years of professional software development experience
• Good Python skills; infrastructure and services are Python-based
• Solid grasp of SOLID principles and clean software design
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, or similar) or Azure/GCP
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve from PoC to production
