Demant Polska is seeking a Global Freight Analyst to turn transportation data into actionable insights, scalable analytical tools, and decision support across freight performance, spend, sourcing, and sustainability. The role supports Global Freight, Operations and Finance by developing standardized tools and analytical frameworks to improve transparency and drive smarter decisions.

You will collaborate across markets in a Scandinavian-style culture that values autonomy and work-life balance.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Experience with large datasets and identifying trends.
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools for reporting.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for management.

Responsibilities

Analyze global and market freight spend, trends, and variances to identify cost drivers.
Develop tools and models to understand how rates, volumes, and service levels affect freight spend.
Examine actual vs. expected freight costs using available data and support corrective actions.
Support markets with common tools and methodologies to strengthen freight cost management.
Support budgeting and forecasting with transportation-specific insights linking Global Freight, Operations and Finance.
