Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a Global Freight Analyst to turn transportation data into actionable insights and scalable tools. You will support Global Freight, Operations, and Finance, focusing on cost transparency, performance drivers, and automation in analytics.

You will develop standardized frameworks, partner with international teams, and translate complex data into management-ready recommendations while driving savings and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and BI skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Experience building analytical models to interpret cost drivers and performance.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for operations and finance.
• Experience in freight, transportation, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global and market freight spend, trends and variances.
• Develop tools and models to review rates, volumes, service levels and fuel costs.
• Assess actual vs. expected freight cost using data and audits.
• Support markets with common tools and methodologies for cost control.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting with transportation insights.
