Amer Sports is seeking an Enterprise Architect, Platform Owner LeanIX, to lead LeanIX as the core EA platform across brands. The role supports data-driven decisions with AI-augmented analyses and promotes an enterprise-wide data community.

The position offers flexible EU remote work and travel of 20–40%. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in enterprise architecture, experience with LeanIX, and strong data modelling skills, along with fluent English.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise architecture or portfolio management.
Experience with EA tooling and data governance across multi-brand environments.
Track record of driving adoption of EA practices among diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own LeanIX as Amer Sports' single trusted source of truth across brands.
Translate architectural complexity into business-readable insight.
Define and govern data models, standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle views.
Improve EA data quality to support transformation planning and integration.
Leverage AI to accelerate EA insight generation and data stewardship.
Build a cross-functional EA data community and drive LeanIX adoption.
Coach contributors and raise architectural literacy across the organization.
Foster trust-based relationships to improve data quality and engagement.
