Qualifications

• Proven hands-on CI/CD and IaC experience.
• Experience diagnosing distributed systems via logs, metrics and traces.
• Incident response experience with on-call and post-mortems.
• Strong scripting and networking knowledge.
• AI-first approach to automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multi-environment cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Build and own CI/CD pipelines and deployment checks.
• Set up logs, metrics, traces and alerts across apps.
• Lead incident diagnosis and post-mortem reviews.
• Automate repetitive ops tasks using AI.
• Document decisions and define SLOs for teams.
