You will design and run reproducible environments with Infrastructure as Code, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement robust monitoring and incident response.

The role emphasizes automation with AI, strong scripting (Python/Bash/Go), and a focus on SLOs and reliability. You will collaborate with global teams to ship reliable services for millions of users.

The Role

You'll keep our cloud platform, apps and AI agents fast, observable and resilient, using automation and AI to make reliability everyone's default.

What You Will Be Doing

• You'll run reproducible, multi-environment cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• You'll build and own CI/CD pipelines, deployment checks and recovery procedures so shipping is fast and safe.
• You'll set up logs, metrics, traces and alerts across apps, AI agents and their dependencies. Every alert will be one someone can actually act on.
• You'll lead incident diagnosis, keep runbooks sharp and regularly test recovery, including safe automated rollback.
• You'll automate repetitive ops work and use AI to speed up log analysis, root-cause hunting and fixes.
• You'll make reliability a shared habit by documenting decisions, setting clear SLOs and helping teams own what they ship.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong cloud operations experience, with deep hands-on CI/CD and IaC skills (e.g. Terraform).
• Confidence diagnosing distributed systems through logs, metrics and traces, including when the clock is ticking.
• Proven hands-on incident response experience. You've been on call, led the fix and written the post-mortem.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash, Go) and strong knowledge of networking, secrets management and service identities.
• An AI-first approach to automation. You reach for AI tooling to remove toil, not add it.
• Bonus points for GCP, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Airflow, Vercel, Supabase, Kubernetes or OpenTelemetry, plus SLO/error-budget experience.
