Citigroup Inc. Poland seeks a software-focused DevOps/SRE professional to automate processes, integrate AI tools, and strengthen system resiliency within Developer Services.

You will work in an agile environment to deliver scalable CI/CD pipelines using Python, Shell, and a mix of modern tools. The role involves building MCP servers for secure AI interactions, supporting migrations to SaaS, and incident investigations with best-practice proposals.

Qualifications

• Senior software developer with scripting in Python/Shell/Bash/Java/Go to build MCP servers.
• Experience in CI/CD within large enterprise tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience deploying and scaling MCP in complex enterprise environments.
• Understanding of SRE/DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Grafana/Splunk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality, scalable software solutions in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers and non-technical staff to optimize CI/CD usage.
• Automate manual activities and repetitive processes; integrate services with AI (MCP servers).
• Build and maintain MCP servers for secure AI interactions.
• Improve system resiliency, reliability, and cost-efficiency; investigate production issues and drive corrective actions.
