Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw is seeking an AI enablement expert to help engineering teams adopt practical AI workflows and improve developer experiences. You will lead sessions and pair with engineers on real delivery tasks using Copilot and other AI tools.

You will build templates, guides, and run hands-on workshops, while measuring adoption and maturity across squads to inform leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI Fluency sessions across Engineering and SDLC roles.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to drive practical AI adoption.
• Pair with developers on real delivery work using AI tools.
• Create and maintain enablement assets, guides, templates, and learning material.
• Track AI maturity and adoption metrics across teams.
