Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a customer support professional to enhance operations and scale our service. You will work across day-to-day tasks and long-term projects, building processes, tools, and AI-powered solutions to deliver fast, accurate support.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn insights into product improvements, shaping the support experience for new products, and using data to measure impact and drive ongoing enhancements.

• Use data/AI to measure performance and drive improvements.
