Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc seeks an Application Security Architect with AI focus to shape security Architecture for enterprise apps, APIs and cloud-native platforms. You will align security controls with business goals, drive threat modeling, and integrate secure-by-design practices into CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with DevOps, cloud, IAM and compliance teams, using AI-assisted tooling to accelerate vulnerability analysis, remediation recommendations and secure code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in information security focused on application security architecture or secure development.
• Hands-on expertise with SAST/DAST/IAST, API security and threat modeling.
• Familiarity with secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and CI/CD security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for enterprise apps, APIs and cloud-native systems.
• Conduct threat modeling, security design reviews and risk analysis.
• Develop reference architectures, standards and secure design guides.
• Support SSDLC and DevSecOps integration across engineering teams.
• Evaluate and improve SAST/DAST/SCA tools and remediation strategies.
