Job summary

HeadHR in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Software Engineer or AI Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software applications using Python. You will build and enhance microservices that support AI-driven solutions and design agentic AI applications using modern LLM technologies.

You will develop cloud-based AI services, integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a Software Engineer or AI Developer.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience designing and developing microservices.
• Experience building and implementing agentic AI or LLM-based applications.
• Experience developing cloud-based applications and services.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
