Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Senior Cloud Delivery Manager to lead cloud-based programs and guide cross-functional teams through delivery, ensuring timely, on-budget outcomes. You will identify new business opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with sales to craft compelling proposals for clients.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strong client relationships, and mentoring a diverse team while contributing to PwC's cloud strategy and staying ahead of cloud technology trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud delivery management and business development.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex cloud projects in a consulting environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms and software engineering (data & AI will be an advantage).
• Proactively sought new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs related to cloud services.
• Experience in cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Expertise in identifying opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals for clients.
• Presentations and pitches customization skills aligned with client requirements.
• Expertise in leading negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms.

Your future role

• Leading the successful delivery of cloud-based programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Developing detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in leading negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with the firm's strategic goals.
• Proficiency in Business English at B2 level or above, with confidence to write technical documentation e.g., designing documents with support from Project Manager.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Cloud certifications.
• German language proficiency (C1).
