Job summary

Aimlroles in Kraków is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to drive end-to-end delivery of AI products, from architecture to deployment and production support. You will build scalable, secure AI applications, including conversational assistants and agent-based systems, on cloud-native platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust AI solutions, develop AI assistants and implement MLOps, monitoring and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with 3+ years AI/ML delivery.
• End-to-end AI systems from concept to production.
• Hands-on with conversational AI, chatbots or agents.
• Expert Python and software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of design patterns, testing and microservices.
• Docker, Kubernetes and deployment automation experience.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS or GCP.
• LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Prompt engineering, function calling and workflow orchestration.
• LangGraph/LangChain or Google ADK familiarity.
• ML/DL frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
• ML platform tools: MLflow, Kubeflow or cloud-native MLOps.

Responsibilities
