Job summary

Lodzplus seeks a Data Scientist/AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy ML models for document processing and analytics. You will work within a cross-functional agile team, applying state-of-the-art AI tools and governance standards to scale automated document handling.

You will collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, advise on AI-driven solutions, and support the DocAI+ initiative across 40+ use cases in a banking setting, located in Łódź, Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience building ML models for business problems and testing them end-to-end.
• Ability to translate business goals into data science solutions.
