Job summary

SymphonyAI Retail seeks a Technical Consultant/Developer to implement and support AI-powered retail solutions in client environments. You will work directly with clients to optimize operations, combining technical depth with strong communication to deliver successful projects.

The role demands fluency in English and Polish, experience with Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Linux environments, and a willingness to learn new languages and technologies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Experience with Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments (Bash).
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies.
• Experience in client support or consulting, preferably in SMEs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Category B driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult on the use and operation of software solutions in Cloud and On-premise environments.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to develop standards for Batch Management, Integration, Monitoring, and Run Phase transition.
• Analyze and specify client requirements and information support needs.
• Ensure software compatibility with development standards and specifications.
• Design, document, and implement technical solutions including analysis, programming, testing, and installation.
• Create and update user and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support during implementation in client environments.
