Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow seeks a Business Analyst to drive AI initiatives across the organization.

You will gather requirements, translate into specs, and collaborate with data scientists, IT teams, and vendors to deliver AI solutions on Azure. Strong BA skills, data governance awareness, and stakeholder communication are essential. Experience in energy/industrial settings, 4+ years as a BA, and 2+ years on AI/ML projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in energy/industrial sector.
• 2+ years of experience on AI/ML projects.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Translate needs into clear functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Support delivery with data preparation, governance, and validation activities on Azure.
• Collaborate with data scientists, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful AI deployments.
