Job summary

Everfield is seeking an AI Builder to be the hands-on engineering force inside its product team. You will prototype with agentic coding tools and ship agent-first features end to end on real products with real customers.

You will work across BU codebases, delivering production-ready software and documentation, while ensuring maintainability for future teams. This is a fast-moving, builder‑driven role in a growing European portfolio.

Qualifications

• Shipped real software to real users.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in engineering, founding, or hybrid product/engineering roles.
• Experience across multiple companies, portfolios, or accelerator-style environments.

Responsibilities

• Build agent-first products end to end inside the codebases of Everfield's BUs.
• Drop into any BU codebase, get productive in days, and produce working software fast.
• Run agentic coding as the default mode of work, building tools where AI is not yet available.
• Prototype directly with BU customers and iterate based on actual usage.
• Collaborate with BU engineering teams to ensure maintainability after you move on.
• Translate validated ideas into shipped products in weeks.
• Hand off production-ready code and the necessary documentation for BU teams.
• Spot opportunities while delivering current projects.
• Codify repeatable build plays to scale the model across BUs.
