Job summary

BELVEDERE is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead AI and AWS initiatives in Warsaw. You will bridge client stakeholders with development teams, shaping ML infrastructure, deployment strategies, and lifecycle decisions.

This role requires coordinating across Poland and India, with a strong emphasis on AWS capabilities and MLOps principles. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years in technical program management, proven AI/AWS project leadership, and fluent Polish and English.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in technical program management.
Proven track record managing AI and AWS application development projects.
Solid understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle (MLOps).
Knowledge of data pipelines, training and evaluation paradigms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical and functional interactions between client stakeholders and the development team.
Manage AI and AWS application development programmes from planning through deployment.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Apply knowledge of MLOps to guide ML lifecycle decisions.
Oversee data pipeline architecture, model training and evaluation processes.
Facilitate communication across distributed teams in Poland and India.
Monitor programme progress and manage risks throughout delivery.
Provide technical guidance on AWS infrastructure and deployment strategies.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical capabilities.
