Job summary

Creatio, a leading AI CRM and workflow platform, is expanding its AI & No-Code Transformation team in Poland. We are seeking an AI Associate to turn business scenarios into AI-powered solutions, configure AI agents, automate workflows, and integrate with external systems.

You will collaborate with AI Consultants and technical teams to deliver real-world AI use cases, leveraging no-code/low-code tools and modern technologies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in software engineering or AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as CS or Software Engineering.
• Experience building or configuring Generative AI and AI agents.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• English level upper-intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Translate solution requirements into AI-powered solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Configure and customize AI agents for real-world use cases.
• Design AI-powered workflows connecting people, data, and processes.
• Build/modify business processes and UI elements using no-code/low-code tools.
• Integrate Creatio with external systems via APIs and integrations.
• Test AI-powered solutions across scenarios and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and reusable configurations.
• Collaborate with AI Consultants and other teams during design and implementation.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are expanding our AI & No-Code Transformation team and looking for an AI Associate with a strong technical foundation and hands‑on experience with AI, business process automation, and modern technologies.

In this role, you will work alongside AI Consultants and technical teams to turn business scenarios and solution requirements into working AI-powered solutions on the Creatio platform. You will configure AI agents, automate workflows, customize applications, work with integrations, and bring real‑world AI use cases to life.

The role is based in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Translate solution requirements and business scenarios into working AI-powered solutions on the Creatio platform;
• Configure and customize AI agents for real-world business use cases;
• Design and configure AI-powered workflows connecting people, AI agents, business data, knowledge sources, and automated processes;
• Build and customize business processes, workflows, business rules, UI elements, dashboards, and other application components using no‑code/low‑code tools;
• Integrate AI agents and Creatio applications with external systems and services using APIs and other integration capabilities;
• Configure how AI agents interact with business data, knowledge sources, workflows, and external services;
• Test AI-powered solutions across different scenarios, identify gaps and edge cases, troubleshoot issues, and improve solution reliability;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reusable solution configurations;
• Collaborate with AI Consultants and other technical teams throughout solution design and implementation;

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant hands‑on experience in software engineering, application development, automation, AI solutions, technical implementation, or a similar technical field;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or another relevant technical field;
• Hands‑on experience building or configuring solutions with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents through professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects;
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data exchange principles;
• Knowledge of business processes, workflows, and process automation;
• Previous experience working with systems such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, or other business applications;
• Strong technical and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand system logic, dependencies, and data flows;
• Ability to understand structured requirements and translate them into working technical configurations;
• Self‑organization, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies;
• Experience with no‑code/low‑code or business automation platforms will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of BPMN will be an advantage;
• Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English.
