Job summary

Creatio is hiring a software architect to strengthen the engineering foundation of the platform. You will design and evolve the low‑level architecture, platform runtime, data access layer, and core services to support dozens of teams.

Lead development efforts, mentor engineers, run code reviews, and ensure high performance, reliability, and backward compatibility. Strong .NET/C#, ORM (EntityFramework), and WebAPI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall programming experience with a strong focus on .NET.
• 1 year of experience in a leadership/mentor role.
• 2+ years of experience with Web applications.
• Knowledge of OOP, C#, and .NET.
• Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• English level - Upper-Intermediate (spoken and business writing) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Development of architectural solutions and prototypes with the team.
• Regular monitoring and optimization of development processes.
• Implementation of innovative tools, approaches, and standards in product development.
• Facilitation of team meetings (backlog refinement, sprint review, planning).
• Execution of backlog tasks: pair programming, development, consultations on complex tasks.
• Control of the incident team on the 4th line, responsibility for resolving incidents within the SLA.
• Design, coding, testing, and debugging software per specifications.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers.
• Conducting unit, integration, and system tests.

Who We're Looking For:

You’ll join the team responsible for the engineering foundation of the Creatio platform, the core layer that powers every product and feature built across the ecosystem. This organization owns the platform runtime, data access layer, core services, performance‑critical infrastructure, platform APIs, and extensibility framework.

The team's mission is to build highly scalable, reliable, and backward‑compatible platform capabilities that enable dozens of engineering teams to innovate efficiently. Success in this role means designing and evolving the low‑level architecture that serves as the backbone of the entire Creatio platform, balancing performance, maintainability, and long‑term technical sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Development of architectural solutions and development of prototypes together with the team.
• Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of development processes, their optimization, and improvement.
• Implementation of innovative tools, approaches, and standards in product development.

Requirements:
