Job summary

Aras is seeking a talented Scrum Master to enhance team efficiency and enable more flexible, reliable solutions for Aras Innovator. Based in Poland, you will drive agile processes, mentor teams, and ensure business value delivery across complex PLM projects.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support the Product Owner, and monitor metrics to demonstrate tangible outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications

6+ months of experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager/Delivery Manager or similar roles.
Strong business orientation and ability to balance team needs with company goals.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration within the company.
High attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards.
Structured delivery with on-time project completion.
Ability to switch contexts quickly and stay adaptable.
Fluency in Russian and upper-intermediate or higher English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Establish and support structured agile processes aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate team meetings and events to drive progress toward goals.
Drive the team’s progress toward project goals and milestones.
Lead continuous improvement with efficiency and business impact.
Set up and monitor key project metrics for measurable outcomes.
Provide full transparency on project status to stakeholders.
Identify impediments and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
Support Product Owner in maintaining a business-driven backlog.
Protect team from scope creep while delivering business value.
Foster close collaboration between Product Owner and the team.
Mentor the team in workflow optimization and professional development.
