Job summary

RISK inc: An International iGaming Company pushing the boundaries of entertainment seeks an ambitious Affiliate Manager to grow our network and optimize partner campaigns.

Responsibilities include managing affiliate relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and actively scouting new traffic sources through outreach and negotiations. Fluency in Ukrainian and English is a plus, with strong analytics required.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of iGaming affiliate structures (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• Experience in affiliate networks, media buying teams, or direct advertisers is preferred.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to interpret traffic reports.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Support & Account Management: build and maintain relationships with partners and handle inquiries.
• Traffic Monitoring & Analytics: track metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Onboarding & Scouting: recruit webmasters, media teams, and affiliate networks.
