Woodward, Inc. is seeking an experienced project leader to drive end-to-end localization and part transfer projects across Europe, including focus on Sofia, Ellington, Peterborough, and other strategic growth initiatives.

You will manage supplier transitions, risk, and scheduling while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution and regulatory compliance. Fluent Polish and English are required, with a track record of delivering complex programs in aerospace settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization and part transfer projects across Europe.
• Manage supplier transitions and regionalization to improve cost, capacity, risk, and lead times.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through project lifecycles.
• Drive supplier transition activities including sourcing, qualification, and production readiness.
• Coordinate customer and regulatory requirements for transfers and approvals.
• Maintain governance with project reviews and KPI dashboards.
• Facilitate supplier development and readiness activities for new suppliers.
• Oversee inventory transition planning, safety stock, and cutover execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and localization strategies.
