Woodward, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in a mechanical/electromechanical manufacturing environment in Poland. You will ensure safety, supervise a team, and execute scheduled production plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in manufacturing leadership with Lean principles, and fluency in English and Polish. Aerospace experience is advantageous and readiness for international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in mechanical/electromechanical manufacturing is preferred; aerospace experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and Polish are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety guidelines are followed by workers.
• Provide immediate supervision to a group of operational employees in production and indirect support functions.
• Implement, supervise, and execute scheduled production plans.
• Coordinate workload and capacity requirements and work scheduling with teams.
• Develop, review, and maintain staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate tools, processes, tooling/equipment, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.
• Identify training needs related to safety, quality, new technologies and application tools.
