Job summary

Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o in Niepołomice, Poland, is seeking a quality professional to ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 and FAA and to support MRO operations. You will review maintenance records, manage NCRs, and lead CAPA investigations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 3–5 years in aerospace quality, with strong audit experience and Polish and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or related field.
• 3–5 years of aerospace quality experience, preferably in MRO or Part 145.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations, and AS9100.
• Experience with non-conformance management and CAPA.
• Ability to interpret drawings, maintenance manuals, and specs.
• Experience supporting audits and strong problem-solving skills.
• Polish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support MRO operations by ensuring regulatory and internal quality compliance.
• Review records, repair docs, and certification packages for accuracy.
• Lead or support NCR investigations, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Conduct internal/process/product audits and support audits by customers/regulators.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Certifying Staff to resolve issues.
