Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a quality professional to support MRO operations in a regulated aerospace environment in Poland.

You will ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 and FAA requirements, review records and certification packages, and assist with NCR investigations and CAPA implementations. You will also conduct audits, review technical data, and monitor quality metrics while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Certifying staff to resolve issues and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or related field required or preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably in MRO/Part 145 environments.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations, and AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manuals and specs.
• Experience supporting customer and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Support MRO operations by ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, customer, and internal quality requirements.
• Review maintenance records, repair documentation, and certification packages for regulatory compliance.
• Manage and support investigation of NCRs, escapes, customer complaints, and audit findings.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Conduct internal/process audits and product compliance reviews.
• Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Review technical data including CMMs, Service Bulletins, Engineering Orders, and customer specs.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Certifying Staff to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance, quality and turnaround time.
