Job summary

Woodward Inc. in Niepolomice, Poland, seeks a Quality Engineer MRO to ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 and FAA rules, review records, investigate NCRs, and support CAPA.

You will work with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Certifying Staff; 3-5 years of aerospace quality; Polish and English required; benefits include private health, Multisport, meal vouchers, and education support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably within an MRO or Part 145 environment.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations, and AS9100 quality management systems.
• Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.
• Experience supporting customer and regulatory audits.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with quality management systems and electronic documentation tools.
• Communicative Polish and English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support MRO operations by ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, customer, and internal quality requirements.
• Review maintenance records, repair documentation, and certification packages to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and support investigation of NCRs, escapes, customer complaints, and audit findings.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA.
• Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product compliance reviews.
• Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Review technical data, including CMMs, Service Bulletins, Engineering Orders, and customer specifications.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Certifying Staff to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance, quality, and turnaround time.
