Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (f/m) to ensure continuous operation of production machines at our Niepolomice facility in Poland.

You will create and execute preventive maintenance plans, diagnose complex problems across mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and automation, and implement improvements to reduce downtime. You will lead the technical supervision of equipment, collaborate with specialists, and contribute to projects while guiding junior engineers.

Qualifications

Engineer degree required; Automation/Electronics/Mechanics preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment.
Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation maintenance.
Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams and create documentation.
English and Polish fluency; driving license B.

Responsibilities

Supervise the technical condition of production machines, tools, equipment and infrastructure.
Implement preventive maintenance plans for new machines per standards.
Identify, analyze and solve complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation problems.
Collaborate with internal and external specialists to provide service.
Participate in industrial projects ensuring standards and timelines.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians to develop the team.
Adopt industry best practices in engineering processes to maintain efficiency.
