Woodward Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Product Engineer to work on electronic devices that control turbines, engines and energy flow in grids. You will contribute to product design and continuous improvement, collaborating with global teams.

The role requires hands-on electronics experience, PCBA manufacturing knowledge, and strong problem solving. You'll work in a hybrid environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics or related field.
• 4+ years in a related area.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product lines and support PCBA manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
• Investigate quality issues including NCRs and warranty returns; drive RCCA.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Repair and suppliers across the lifecycle.
• Support lifecycle management: obsolescence, PCNs, long-term sustainment, transitions.
• Assist validation of component replacements via functional, thermal and vibration tests.
• Serve as technical interface for Sales, Customer Service and customers on warranty and inquiries.
